Missing.. the Happy moments..

Gosh! This place is so unbearable to work in. My first time coming across so many unhappy clashes between two leaders. Different personalities perhaps. These led to to different views and ideas. It sucks to see your bosses clashing every single week. Every handover seems like a time bomb. Just a matter of time the place gets blow up again.

Yes. There are some unfair treatment within the department. The in favor person always got what he wants. It's totally fine if that person is well liked by the rest. However, it was completely the opposite! He won the Outstanding worker of month yet again but there were disagreements and discontent over it. Record broken.. never has anyone showed their discontent to the management for selecting the best worker of the month. The selection board must do more homework before coming to a conclusion! They are just like 4 blind mice choosing the bird which can sing well.

This is really a sick materialistic world. My close buddy who worked out of his own job scope has never win any top award. The reason given by one of the 4 blind mice was:" Argh! He can't sings!"My lord.. give us some justice!
